The first Capital Career Days in Berlin and Brandenburg took place from 11.11.2022 to 18.11.2022.
At 68 events, around 1,300 students were able to find out about career perspectives and engage in direct exchange with many companies from the capital region.

Together with universities and colleges in both states, regional players in business development, associations, companies, start-ups and public institutions, a wide range of information, advice and cooperation services were offered digitally, hybrid and in person for students and graduates in the capital region.

The focus of the first Capital Career Days was on securing and attracting qualified specialists for the industrial location Berlin-Brandenburg from the region for the region. The variety of topics included classic career choice topics such as general career orientation and job entry, start-ups and self-employment. As well as broader career entry offers for international students and students who have not yet completed their studies. Social topics such as sustainability, equality, women in the workplace as well as integration and diversity in the labour market were also addressed in various events.

We would like to thank all those involved in the first Capital Career Days for their trust and commitment, and without whom a successful implementation would not have been possible. We look forward to a continuation of the Capital Career Days in the near future.
